- Wrote `getUserColumns()` and `setUserColumns()`. - Updated all of the queries and internal $criteria definitions to use `getUserColumns($column)`. - Wrote `testChangeUserColumns()` in UserManager. - Changed `UserServiceProvider` initialisation during testing to include an in-memory sqlite DB so that `$conn->quoteIdentifier()` doesn't fail.
