Commit
This commit does not belong to any branch on this repository, and may belong to a fork outside of the repository.
The primary change is that we now require a minimum Julia version of v1.6 (LTS) as it has been increasingly difficult to support older versions (see 0c2d885). Dev changes: - Add justfile and additional CI workflows such as linting - Use julia-actions/setup-julia@v2 - Do not run tests on chron job - Update copyright year in LICENSE - Rename source files to lower snake case - Ensure subprojects have associated (dev) Project.tomls
