eyesleep.jar is a java runnable file: you can run it on Windows, Linux or Mac.
OS X
Eyesleep.app.zip is a .app for OS X. Just download and run it from anywhere you want. you could also set it as auto starting on login. It's up to you.
Arch Linux
Eyesleep.aur.zip is an AUR package for Arch Linux. You can install it really simply:
pacaur -S eyesleep
