ifs: add 6 ifs scan and ARRAY_BIST scan test cases from kself-test

Add 6 ifs scan and ARRAY_BIST scan cases from kernel v6.11-rc1 kself-test:
It could cover previous IFS not covered cases:
1. Test loading and scan for all available images on target platforms.
2. Verify wrong/correct image loading issues for ifs driver.
