Added work done during the master's project.

The addition includes:

• Experimental results obtained during the project;
• Instances used for the experiments mentioned in the first point;
• Encodings implementing chunks and SABP (preprocessing);
• New environment.yml file which should work across different platforms. I tried it on both Windows and Linux. The only difference is that it cannot be called as mentioned in the README.md file, one should instead use conda env create --name aircraft_schedule --file environment.yml.
