Accumen -v1.1

Introduction:

This release brings a significant update to Accumen, the educational Discord bot, focusing on improved functionality, bug fixes, and code formatting.

Enhanced Auto-Moderation:
- Improved accuracy and reduced false positives with new thresholds and confidence scores.
- Online moderator check for better moderation management.
- More informative embeds for reported messages.
Economy System (New):
- Basic economy system implemented, allowing users to interact and potentially earn in-server currency.

Code Formatting and Readability:
- Consistent code formatting across all files for better maintainability.
- Added comments for improved code understanding.
Academia Only Commands:
- Added Resource and Academia cogs which work in only the official community.
- AI moderation in Academia along with few conditions
- (WIP) Make a first of its kind resource pool system
- Anonymous messages command
General Updates:
- More descriptive command descriptions and names
- Descriptive variable names for better code clarity.
- Minor bug fixes and security improvements.
- Updated descriptions and embeds for various commands.
- Removed unnecessary commits for a cleaner history.

Additional Notes:

Some features like essay writing and leveling cards are temporarily disabled or under development.
