A CLI to tell you if you should wear a miniskirt or not.
To install this CLI tool you must run the command below:
python setup.py install
For a given LOCATION string, you can find out if you should wear a miniskirt or not. You can pass an optional temperature unit argument (defaults to "metric")
miniskirt "LOCATION" --units imperial
