Pre-release with updated functionalities. Google Colab Notebooks that utilize them will be tested & added later.

• Added py2jemris for simulating arbitrary Pulseq seq files with JEMRIS
• Added RF simulation & animation functions
• Added multislice IRSE and TSE sequences
• Updated core simulation functions and corrected readout code errors
