Portable Chain Checker

Offline version of https://shiny.dide.imperial.ac.uk/chainchecker using R-Portable.

Follow the instructions to start the Chainchecker app on Windows machines

1. Right click on chainchecker.zip and select ‘Extract all…’. Select a folder to extract all files to (Usually just chainchecker. Note: this can take a while).
2. Navigate to newly created folder with the unzipped files.
3. Double-click on runChainChecker.bat file
4. The Chainchecker application will auto-open a new browser that navigates to the correct web address (localhost:8080). Sometimes the browser opens faster than the application can fully start up and results in an error page in the browser. If this happens, refresh the page after a few seconds.

Unzip the chainchecker.zip file and run the runChainChecker.bat file. It only has support for the linelisting and contact tracing files.
