…ctoring Due to the new Converter, this partially fixes #19 . Keep in Mind that this functionality only works as long as ROS does not change their 'inner' Conversions for Python. Removed rcm completely (it is/was unused). Refactored RosConfigurator. There still might be some flaws due to missing tests
