Removes [graphql-playground-html](https://github.com/graphcool/graphql-playground). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [graphql-yoga](https://github.com/dotansimha/graphql-yoga/tree/HEAD/packages/graphql-yoga). These dependencies need to be updated together.
