A plugin that allows admins to make custom CASSIE announcements.

Smod2 must be installed for this to work.
Place the "CustomAnnouncements.dll" file in your sm_plugins folder. Users must be whitelisted to run commands through the remote admin console for the commands to work. You can do this by adding your rank to the server_command_whitelist config option in your servers config file.
Any command requiring a text input can use various round data variables to use current data in the round. All normal words CASSIE can say can be found here. You can also put periods at the end of words for pauses in the announcement.
Any command using the remove keyword can use all or * to target all items. For instance, timer remove all.
All settings are saved in %APPDATA%/SCP Secret Laboratory/CustomAnnouncements.
