Steps

1. Preparation
   1. Assign a new version number (Semantic versioning)
   2. Build the release
   3. Run tests
   4. Prepare demo
   5. Push the release
2. Public release
   1. Show demo at monthly telco (20")
   2. Gather feedback from stakeholders
3. Setting up the next sprint
   1. Reflection
   2. Re-Prioritize issues
   3. Assign issues to new milestone and people
