Multiple addressbooks seems to be challenging on OSX. This should make it work again as described in nextcloud/contacts#399 (comment)

Since I don't have macOS I can't test this. But I merge it in favor of the positive comments in the provided link. Furthermore there is no error_page directive anymore. |
