  2. [ALS-5542] Add PIC-SURE landing page if stage parameter is set (#165) 

    After successful login, add a landing modal/page that displays the PIC-Sure and SWB links. If the user selects the PIC-Sure link, redirect to that page. If the user selects the SWB link, redirect to default SWB page.
