CMAPanalysisMATLAB

CMAP analysis using MATLAB. This program reads .txt file exported from ADinstruments (not .adicht file).

A MATLAB with signal processing toolbox user: download 'CMAP.m', 'CMAP.fig', 'CMAPtxtRead.m' and locate them into your MATLAB path folder.

Prerequisites

• Matlab (https://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab.html)

• Singal Processing Toolbox (https://www.mathworks.com/products/signal.html)

The code has been tested with a Matlab ver 9.1 (R2016b) and Signal Processing Toolbox ver 7.3 (R2016b) in Windows 7 and in mac OS 10.13.3 (High Sierra).

For users without MATLAB and/or signal processing toolbox.

Download 'CMAPinstaller_web.exe' and install it. It is a stand-alone program for CMAP analysis without MATLAB software. Note that 'CMAPinstaller_web.exe' will work with Windows.
