    * Search experience - A reexamination of the tweaks we can do to improve the searching experience and the relevance of results through smarter ranking. 
    * Content curation reporting - The scale of content on older sites is massive - these reports are geared towards giving content curators in MindTouch the ability to get reports geareds towards helping them identify areas of cleanup: those based on aging, content quality, and metadata from searches.
    * Template Updater - A method for using import/export to simplify deployment and updating of MindTouch-written functional templates

    * Notifications API - MindTouch will start pushing notifications to applications - this allows for expansive capabilities, such as email notifications, Twitter,and  IM notifications on certain types of changes. (Configure Page Alerts)
    * Granular Permissions - While the MindTouch API has support for very granular permissions, the UI has, in previous releases, sacrificed some of the flexibility for the sake of simplicity. This release features a revamped restriction dialog which will allow for more granular permissions - groups and users can be attached to a page with different roles instead of being granted the same ones.
    * Page/User Metadata - Metadata (simple key/value pairs) can be attached to users and pages; this allows developers an option to store persistent data associated with pages and users; this data will be available in DekiScript to allow for more feature-rich DekiScript applications.
    * PHP Hooks/Modules - The PHP layer of MindTouch has been undergoing a refactoring to provide a more modular design - this will allow developers to write plug-ins very similarly to WordPress - this serves the added benefit of making it easier to deploy MindTouch for custom projects like Mozilla, which require some custom functionality in the PHP layer.
    * DekiScript improvements - DekiScript expanded the scope of its scripting capabilities to enable you to build more fully-fledged applications inside MindTouch
    * Page Prerendering - The API will start storing a pre-rendered version of each page - this opens the door to future features that may involve drafts, previews, or content moderation
    * Diff views - Improve the UI for diff views; it's currently difficult to understand the scope of each change
    * Tagging improvements - Changes in the tagging feature improve the user experience for managing tags; the improved user experience will allow for a more consistent tagging taxonomy
    * chkdb - A stand-alone application that will verify the data integrity of your MindTouch database to help debug any errors inside MindTouch
    * Control panel UI improvements - building upon the momentum of the release of the new control panel in Kilen Woods, we've gone through and done usability testing and made more tweaks to continue to provide the best administrative experience possible

    * MindTouch 8.08.2 is another bug fix stabilization release which contains a security fix, a couple fixes for DekiScript regressions, as well as issues with edge case scenarios (trusted authentication). Please review the changelog before determining whether to upgrade your MindTouch install.

          can be achieved with prefixing "date:" to a date or time. For example, 
          a user can tag a page with "date:May 31", "date:today", or 
          "date:5/31/2007" and each tag will yield the same outcome.

        - New controls for sorting attached images.
        - Lightbox for presenting attached images in page context.

MindTouch Dream is a RESTful distributed application framework developed in
Mono/.NET. With Dream, a Web service is similar to an object, and features
interact through standard HTTP verbs. This design allows the developer to assume
an "idealized" world where everything a service comes into contact with is
accessed through Web requests. The Dream service library addresses common
problems, and the Dream runtime orchestrates all interactions without requiring
a Web server to be pre-installed on a target machine. Dream avoids unnecessary
abstractions and overhead for services by providing direct access to the rich,
distributed application capabilities of HTTP. It can be embedded into existing
web-application frameworks or operate independently.

    b) Use a suitable shared library mechanism for linking with the
    Library.  A suitable mechanism is one that (1) uses at run time a
