Updates NDC SDK support version to v0.1.0-rc.14 of the NDC Spec. This involves a lot of breaking changes, so the package version has been bumped by a major version to v2.0.0.
Given the breaking changes in the spec, I have also taken the opportunity to rename all our functions to use the standard JS naming conventions rather than just importing the Rust naming conventions.
