Upgrade all SDK dependencies.

This is mostly for _ndc-client_ and _ndc-test_, but that requires a few
more upgrades, and it seemed fine to just allow it.

I skipped `indexmap` as it's a major upgrade, but I may come back to it
later.

I removed `axum-macros` and `uuid` as they were unused.
