We need to pickup the latest github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2/service/dynamodb module version -- it is indirectly referenced via github.com/hashicorp/aws-sdk-go-base.
The cleanest fix is to merge hashicorp/aws-sdk-go-base#821 and create a new aws-sdk-go-base release: hashicorp/aws-sdk-go-base#822.
