This PR adds a new option
logResponsePayloadthat, when true, adds the response returned value (Hapirequest.response.source- Docs ) asresponsePayloadto theresponseevent log.Please, note that this information is not present at the NodeJS
resobject that nowadays is being logged.This is useful when we want to track the returned response of our server
