Initial convert from Package to AsyncPackage. Move OutputError method to ShelvesetComparer instance.
Disable autoload, load on first action
Increase version and adapted auto load comment. Sync assembly version and vsix version.

This simply converts the package to an AsyncPackage which resolves the deprecated API warning: #13
also increased assembly and VSIX version to 1.0.2.19
