Switches out the responsible field to be the responsibles many to many field. Events can now have several responsible people. With this, more people are for example able to see food preferences for people attending an event.
Created migration file which converts the responsible to be in the list of responsible. This is also reversible, but only the first responsible is kept.
This list can get pretty big, but does have a maximum size. Also possible to search through the list with standard browser search.
