On one hand, it makes sense to merge similar content into one place. On the other hand, the concept "open organization" based on some brief reading of Jim's book sounds quite limited to company culture and structure, which reminds me of flatten structure. Anyways, it's generally better to appreciate the commonness and acknowledge the differences, so +1.

Besides, by looking back on OCI and list like this, IMO open businesses need to be more engaged with each other to magnify the benefits of openness. Other than listing them all and let each other know of each other (not yet fully done I guess), there can be more supports from each other, like integration of each others services so traffic can be shared, discounts of each others' services, higher priority in technical supporting, etc. Speaking of which, is there any resources that gratipay can use from Redhat, hardware, software, people?
