Feedback on the suggestions:

  • "on the weekly basis" is indeed incorrect, it should be "on a weekly basis"
  • The English language strongly prefers lower capitals on nouns. Unless the noun is an inclusive part of an actual term (ie. Community Talk is a new name we established), the noun should remain lower case. In the highlighed instances for "segment" and "organization" I would agree to keep it lower case
  • Punctuation for bullet points can be tricky, not sure if there is a right or wrong per se with adding periods. What I have learned and seen most frequently is this rule: if the bullet is a grammatically accurate sentence with subject, verb and noun, then you should also use periods. If the bullet points are shorted with the goal of being more descriptive, or listing examples, then it's preferred to not use periods. I would agree with not using periods
  • Suggestion: change "Stay relaxed and with an open and growth mindset" to "Stay relaxed and open-minded to feedback - it helps you grow and develop"
