Replace rand32.h with random.h Remove Kconfig for new ztest api Update actions/checkout to v4
CONFIG_THINGSBOARD_USE_PROVISIONING=y was not tested during CI, so the changed to the API were missed in previous commit.
The code used was already deprecated and the library should not be responsible over what network it communicates, just that it communicates over a network and handle it as a transparant layer.
Defining the device name should be in the hands of the application and not part of the library.
