Module load/remove(4.16 and below):
	insmod thunderx2_pmu-v1.ko
	rmmod thunderx2_pmu-v1.ko

Module load/remove.
	insmod thunderx2_pmu.ko
	rmmod thunderx2_pmu.ko

NOTE:
thunderx2_pmu.c is a copy of upstream version.
thunderx2_pmu-v1.c is a copy of thunderx2_pmu.c with changes to port for
distro kernel versions.

The Changes are,
- Removed hotplug support, since it has header dependency.
- modified thunderx2_uncore_validate_event_group to compile with older kernels.
