list licenses in verbose mode

Shows a list of licenses in verbose mode. ( #151 )

Hopefully someday reports command will be added like in this case:
https://github.com/google/go-licenses#reports

I tested it and it works fine.

without --verbose

$ npx ts-node src/cli.ts --local ../venti/web/

All green!

with --verbose

$ npx ts-node src/cli.ts --local ../venti/web/ --verbose
