a great day to deploy to staging and production

  • fly status
  • no indexing for staging
  • verify database setup
  • first user is admin
  • email service setup
  • deploy staging

After this PR:

  • prevent user signup after first user
  • sentry setup
  • deploy prod
  • sub-domain for staging
