Assembly instructions.

Take your copy of PCB
Take power source, screws, piece of plastic as dielectric spacer, plastic spacers to screws
Put it all together
Hint: this step allows you to hold PCB vertically without external devices. It's handly to solder some components. Take resistors Insert the resistors through the board. Bend the leads slightly to hold resistors in place. Solder it in place. Trim the leads. Thats all, now you can mount and use it. !!! Remember about high volage !!!
