ARound WashU - Augmented Reality Proof of Concept

ARound WashU is a self-guided tour app that utilizes augmented reality to give users information on WashU's buildings and facilities. Simply aim your phone camera at a building and ARound WashU will return a brief description of the building.

Features

• Image recognition to view descriptions of preset buildings
• Add your own landmark
  • Takes a screen capture of current Augmented Reality view
  • Prompts user for name and description
• Store location information in database (firebase) to be accessible for all users
• App iconography and UI looks cool :)

Testing

Currently, the app is only available for testing. Requires creator Apple ID and database permissions
