The VisPy viewers appear to be broken on MacOS X at the moment - I'm seeing 'Could not create NSOpenGLContext with shared context' and the vispy viewers are black. |

This also removes the Linux builds since they don't work some of the time, and installation isn't as much of an issue on Linux.
