Thanks @MontejoJorge! We'll need to update the manifest (umbrel-app.yml) with the new version and release notes so that users are notified of an update. We should also consider updating boltz-client.

@ShahanaFarooqui, just double checking that for this umbrel update we should be updating RTL to 0.15.4-beta and boltz-client to 2.3.2?

RTL 0.15.4 is good to go but Boltz released a new v2.3.3 today.
