Allows the search/env/date filters to apply to the event section. Also adds a message implying this is the case for clarity.
There are still some backend bugs that I was able to identify but need to be addressed separately. For example, if a search query yields no events, we should have it return no attachments, rather than falling back to the rest of the query. Same goes for environment checks.
