Licensor in any publication or presentation of research findings that is based 
on the Software. Such attribution shall be in the form of authorship, 
or with explicit permission from German Espinosa, with aknowledgement in the 
following form: "This work was made possible by the use of Cellworld source code, 
which was provided by German Espinosa."

4. Acknowledgment for Commercial Applications.
If Licensee uses the Software for commercial purposes, Licensee shall include 
a visible legend on screen when the application starts that acknowledges German Espinosa's 
ownership of the Software, in the following form: "This application uses Cellworld source code, 
which was provided by German Espinosa."


The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all
copies or substantial portions of the Software.

No Warranty.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
