The documentation check passed and the new page displays the headings correctly. Since this was a one-line change and didn't affect the codebase, I'm merging now. |

This PR fixes a minor heading-size issue. In the section of the documentation that describes how to plot output from Rayleigh, the Diagnostics_Plotting.ipynb notebook is displayed on the screen. The section on plotting global averages had a smaller heading size than the other sections, preventing it from appearing in the index/table of contents displayed in the documentation.
