Adds a
Dockerfileand adocker-compose.ymlfile to upgrade the GNOS to v4.2.4. TheDockerfiletries to incorporate all the custom changes made against the 3.12.x GNOS.The compose setup also provides a postgres instance, the elasticsearch and kibana, all necessary to run a GNOS 4.x.
In order to upgrade, it is recommended to export all of the metadata and re-import it into the GNOS 4.x as the DB migrations might fail on an existing 3.x database.
Start up the complete setup by running
docker compose up --build.
