Fixed both automation systems along their new corresponding implementation
the folder structure has been changed and should remain as such
AddonPreferences should always be in the same folder as the init otherwise blender will return None when accessing bless's preferences
automation has been moved to a "modules" folder to contain the systems and keep them separate from the rest, as well as key maps utils alongside the init temporarily before moving it to a "utils" folder
