更新超级注释，优化错音错词加载策略，建立辅助码开关及快捷键 #91

1、corrections.dict从other中剥离出来单独维护；
2、other.dict删除错音错词部分；
3、超级注释lua直接加载corrections.dict解析第四列为纠错注释，避免维护两份文件；
3、建立辅助码开关及快捷键ctrl+q；
4、支持汉心码。
5、支持了az部件组字模式下的注释形式〔音%s 辅%s〕
