This PR got lost in my mails... This looks like something that should be fixed upstream, right? Maybe it already is, I haven't merged in upstream for a while here.

That is a great question. The Universal Robots driver repo build instructions specifically call out this repo and branch. That is what I was using and hence how I discovered the issue.
