Support for performing authentication commands without requiring user presence was added in the 1.2 U2F spec (so called silent-authentication mode in this blog post). Yubikeys with firmware versions >= 5.0 support this authentication parameter.
This PR adds a
DoNotEnforceUserPresence
boolean to authentication requests. The default value of false preserves backwards compatibility but allows host code to use this new feature.
