Cheats: Faster Than Speed (Atomiswave) - Widescreen cheat

Adds widescreen cheat for Faster Than Speed (Atomiswave version not the DC conversion). Made from scratch.

I apologize if the placement in the file is wrong. I assumed the games are sorted by release date. Feel free to correct it!

Dang, I didn't notice that! I assume something else needs to be scaled as well, but unfortunately I have no idea what :(
I am fine with you closing this PR if the bug is too severe to be added, I tried changing some stuff, but this is way over my head :D

Hi friend, could you help me in this game, I have not been able to configure the control to turn left and right of the rudder, no matter how much I configure all the controls, the car does not turn. You need to calibrate the wheel in the service menu. Press the Test button to access it.
