Add a hotkey to bypass the emulated keyboard, useful for games that support keyboard like Typing of the Dead or even Quake III, etc.
Holding that hotkey will let you use the other emulator hotkeys without interfering with the game itself. Making it possible to open the TAB menu, to fast forward and to save/load state in these games :)
