chore(a380x): Refactor MFD UI widgets into MsfsAvionicsCommon

Summary of Changes

Important work for future instruments and architecture improvement:
Extract all of the commonly used widgets into MsfsAvionicsCommon/UiWidgets, so we can use them more independently in other instruments, for example with our own styling.

Testing instructions

1. Load aircraft in whatever state
2. Go through ALL MFD pages, verify look&feel is as before
3. Look at SD ATC mailbox and ND/OANS, verify look&feel is as before
