This PR adds a new section to the
Resourcessection and cleans up a significant amount of content.The aim is primarily to address feedback from Istanbul and include a section that gives a higher level description of the way SUAVE extends Solidity and gives you new superpowers, while simultaneously diving deeper into what exactly those super powers are. Huge props to @dmarzzz for getting the ball rolling on this.
