[PHO-3699] Add USB Listener & Update BT Connection Type

Ticket PHO-3699

What did I do?

• Add simple AccessoryHelper and UsbAccessoryListener for emitting events when an ID Tech device is connected
• Add logging to sample app for when the accessory is connected
• Remove BT connection type and solely use BLE
