Revert codes for collision model making according to #93 and jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_model_tools#46

To add this method to irteus, we need to wait for discussion in jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_model_tools#41 (add glvertices or detailed-vertices ... etc?)

Restarted travis and passed.
[1] is for darwin.l update.
In the near future, I'll move darwin.l from eus/models to rbrain.
