QoL issues fixed!

Now, you can launch the program BEFORE the league client without it crashing (wow). additionally, it persists between games, so you can just leave it open.

Also fixed an issue where too many runes were pulled, causing invalid runepages to be set.

Next release will contain an actual runnable JAR!
