Scratchpads usage

Script to collate monthly usage and composition data from all scratchpads sites.

Data collected per site:

1. Site name
2. Count of nodes by type
3. Overall count of nodes
4. Number of active users (More than one post-setup login over site lifetime, excluding scratchpads team)
5. Number of recent users within last calendar month
6. Total number of views
7. Number of views within the last calendar month
8. Date of last update
9. True/False flag for DwCA output
10. Date site created
