Restructuring

This PR will do the following:

• Reorder modules and define new categories
• Get ready for the upcoming Nebula version from Make hardcoded variables configurable from content repo NEBULA#71
• Move the workshop table to the main level "masterclass" page and rename that to "workshops", getting rid of an extra file in the root dir and the masterclass naming

@svenvanderburg I promised to tag you in the PR where I'm moving the workshops table to the page in the main level menu. This table will actually render on de website as well under the main menu item "workshops"

@svenvanderburg yes, it was already in the readme, but thanks for reminding me because I had to update the link to the new location.
